THE BRAT RUBEN Sandwich – House-made corned beef and “brat” on a pretzel bun, KRAUT,
1000 island dressing + mustard, crispy fries

Or

The HAUS Salat –Walnut herb vinaigrette, marinated carrots/cucumbers, and radishes, feta cheese and hazelnuts.

Or

The Classic Schnitzel – breaded and fried, french fries and a wedge of lemon, eat with lots of ketchup (choose: pork or chicken)

Lentil Fries –
currywurst sosse
gluten-free and vegetarian

ENTRÉE
Almond Crusted Halibut – Alaskan halibut and asparagus, cauliflower infused potato mash, herb puree. It’s a “FIRST” of the season!

Chettis Pork Chop – German Style, brined, cured, smoked, steamed, seared. Served with sauerkraut, cauliflower infused potato mash.

Apples, walnuts, cinnamon, raisins

Weisswurst + Potato Pancake –The perfect german style breakfast, one sausage, with potato pancake, red cabbage, poached egg + hollandaise. Make sure to order the WeissBeer” to go with it.
